Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value electronics.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
